Thank you for shopping at Lunoryn. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
This includes order verification, product quality checks, and packaging.

Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Lima Metropolitana (Peru)

  • International shipping to most countries supported by our logistics providers

If your location is not eligible for delivery, you will be notified before your order is processed.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are counted after the order has been processed.

• Lima Metropolitana:

6–17 business days

• International Orders:

6–17 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

These are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.


4. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided only upon customer request.

If you want to receive your tracking number, please contact us through our Contact page or email and we will send it to you as soon as it becomes available.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges determined by your local customs authority.
These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages
